Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using CafePOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
License
CafePOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for managing your store's point-of-sale operations. You should not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the app in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.
Store account and your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered in the app, including prices, inventory, taxes, discounts, staff information, PromptPay numbers, and sales reports. CafePOS is an operations tool and is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Payments and CafePOS Pro
CafePOS Pro is a subscription purchased and managed through Apple App Store. Current in-app pricing is THB 99 per month or THB 999 per year. Prices and terms may vary by App Store region and may change.
- After purchase confirmation, Apple charges your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal according to Apple's policies.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID Subscriptions page.
- The free version or trial may include limits such as a daily order limit.
Features connected to external services
Some features may depend on external services or devices such as Apple StoreKit, Telegram, Bluetooth/WiFi printers, iOS/iPadOS sharing services, or destinations you choose when exporting data. We cannot guarantee the availability or results of those external services.
Limitation of liability
CafePOS is provided as is. We work to make the app stable and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every business. Users should verify sales totals, reports, taxes, inventory, and other important data before relying on it for business decisions.
Backups
Because CafePOS stores core data on your device, you should protect the device, maintain appropriate backups, and keep exported files or reports in a safe place. Device damage, app deletion, or misconfiguration may cause data loss.
Service changes
We may update, add, or remove CafePOS features to fix problems, improve security, or improve service quality. If material terms change, we will update this document.
These terms work together with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.
