1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the CafePOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. License

CafePOS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your iOS devices in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Data Responsibility

CafePOS is an offline-first application. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups of your business data.
  • The accuracy of the information entered into the app (e.g., VAT rates, prices).
  • Protecting access to your device and the app via PIN.

CafePOS is not responsible for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, app deletion, or device loss.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are handled through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CafePOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
